APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Each interested students has to submit an Application form with all the necessary Information mentioned in the form. Following documents are mandatory.
- Required application form fee
- Four recent passport (colour) sized photographs
- Certified photocopy of SLC/SEE
- Certified photocopy of the character certificate
- Certified photocopy of the citizenship certificate
ADMISSION PROCESS
- The students selections will be conducted by CTEVT.
- Application forms are available at Charak Institute of Health Science.
- PCL Nursing, Diploma in Pharmacy and PCL in General Medicine (HA) have the total capacity of 40 seats per year.
- Those candidates able to maintain their position on the merit based result The top 37 will be able to join the PCL Nursing, Diploma in Pharmacy and PCL in General Medicine Programme. (3 Years Course). The Candidate with Higest GPA will got Merit Scholarship for one Year. Similarly merit scholarship is given to the student who secure highest position in first and second year respectively. 3 seats are allocated for classified scholarship.
- Fee structure, admission fee will be according to the rules and regulation of CTEVT and hostel charge fixed according to rules of CIHS.
